Unboxing a new phone…A dream come true moment for most of us…
When you take a new mobile phone, you feel wonderful about its touch, the feel it gives you, its shining screen, its display, its outlook.
Well, you love the speed of your new phone. You feel it has the best battery life. You’re fond of the clarity its camera possesses.
Then as we begin using it, further, we download applications, add contacts and data which begins to use the storage space. Then gradually we start using our phone much often. After all, in this digital age, we are connected to our people & the global world through social media.
A few years later, we see pop-up on our phone screen that says “storage full”. We find ourselves telling “my phone battery drains out so quickly.” Sometimes our phone ends up hanging as well.
What we do then ?
To address storage issue, we clean up the space. We delete apps and media content we do not require. We shift the data to some other device like hard disk or pen drive.
To address battery issue, we charge our phone often.
To handle the problem of phone getting hanged, we check for viruses and load anti-virus into our phone.

The first day you are born. A dream come true moment for your entire family. Tears of joy in the eyes of your parents….
When we are born, we are the cutest, impressing everyone in home and around with our lovely smiles.
We are fastest learners, imbibing all that we observe from our surroundings.
Our subconscious is almost data – free.
As we grow up, our subconscious starts storing data & information and begins to capture memory images based on our life experiences, conversations of people around us, schooling and parenting we receive from our parents and teachers.
Then over the years, we are filled with our own perception about every thing around us.
We see life through the lens we are wearing, which our childhood has given us.
New experiences continue to add. New people continue to join. And the data keeps on multiplying itself.
Finally the data is so overloaded that the processor gets slow. We feel exhausted just like battery draining.
We get health issues just like phone hang. Our memory images are full of situations and experiences, some of which, we want to erase or delete but just cannot. The old keeps eating up all the space of our mind. Unpleasant life experiences and life situations begin to take an emotional toll on us.
