Yelling Turned Into Smiling

A Sunday morning, I was conversing with my Bhabhi.

She is from Madhya Pradesh. The land where people are very soft spoken. Loud voice is not a common thing to them.
My family being border to Andhra Pradesh, is land of loud voice and roughness.
It was very new for my Bhabhi to hear someone talking in too loud voice.

Hearing family members speak in loud voice with her, made my bhabhi a bit stressed. And it was more like a nervous breakdown for her.

She couldn’t come to terms with the fact that someone yelled at her for no reason. And she also couldn’t realise that “its their normal tone of conversation” and had nothing to do with her.

I asked her if she wanted to feel at ease and peace about the situation. My bhabhi smiled. And we had a session, involving balancing, a process of neuroscience, which helped my bhabhi go through the entire situation from a balanced perspective.

After few mins, she was all smiling thinking about their yelling.

Simple and easy.

If you have experienced any situation which has put a jolt to your mind, and are looking forward to experience relief from it, connect with us at info@thepathshown.com or book a session through our website. Its all about being at peace and ease with life situations and its experiences.

Gracias.
